Platform Rules & Player Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the xp77 platform — including the website at xp77.ws, the mobile-optimised interface, and any associated products such as the sports book, live casino, or slot games — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These terms apply to all users of the xp77 platform regardless of how they access it, including players based in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, and any other location where xp77 services are accessible.

Your continued use of the xp77 platform following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the xp77 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. xp77 operates a strict 21+ policy across all products, including sports betting, live casino, and slot games.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under local law as it applies to you personally.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from xp77 or any related platform under our responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds for, any third party. All xp77 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close associate of xp77 or any of its affiliated game and payment service providers.

xp77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, at any deposit stage, and as a prerequisite to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & KYC

To access xp77's real-money products, you must create a registered account through the official xp77 registration process. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

• Each individual may hold only one active xp77 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. xp77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your credentials.
• xp77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players must complete KYC before their first withdrawal. Required documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• xp77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict account activity pending completion of the KYC process or if additional verification is required for any reason.
• Account credentials are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or gifted to another individual under any circumstances.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

xp77 processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

1. Deposits: All deposits must originate from a payment account in your own name. xp77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits made from unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
2. Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the xp77 cashier section. These limits may be adjusted based on your account status, verification tier, and the payment method used.
3. Processing Times: Deposit processing is typically instant for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes to two business days depending on the method selected and KYC status.
4. Fees: xp77 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xp77 accepts no responsibility.
5. Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, and ETH are accepted at current market exchange rates. Crypto transactions are irreversible. xp77 is not responsible for losses arising from market fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
6. Declined Transactions: xp77 reserves the right to decline any transaction that is flagged as suspicious, associated with a restricted jurisdiction, or that does not comply with our payment terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xp77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which will be communicated clearly at the point of offer. The following general terms apply to all xp77 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or systematically profit from xp77's bonus programme — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play — is strictly prohibited.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies.
• xp77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any active bonus at its sole discretion, particularly where suspected misuse is identified. In such cases, xp77 will provide reasonable notice where possible.
• Free spins granted as part of a promotion expire within the time frame specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired free spins and their associated winnings will be void.
• Self-excluded accounts are permanently removed from all bonus and promotional communications and will not receive any marketing material from xp77.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting activity on xp77 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. These rules are available within the sports book section of the xp77 platform. The following general principles apply across all xp77 betting and gaming products:

• xp77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where pricing or market settlement was affected by an obvious error, technical fault, or data feed failure.
• In-play betting odds are provided in real time and are subject to change without notice. xp77 accepts no liability for bets that were placed at odds that have subsequently been revised due to a technical latency or feed error.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). xp77 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a game or system malfunction during a live casino session, the round in question will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Bet settlements on PSL, international cricket, and other major sporting events are final once processed. Settlement appeals must be submitted to xp77 support within 72 hours of the result being posted.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xp77 platform and will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on xp77 in your own name or under any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the xp77 platform for any money laundering activity or for the purpose of disguising funds of illicit origin.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the xp77 platform.
• Colluding with other players on xp77 or any external parties to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Engaging in chargeback fraud — deliberately reversing a deposit transaction after using the funds on the platform.
• Accessing xp77 on behalf of any third party, or allowing another person to use your xp77 account credentials.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or disrupt xp77's technical infrastructure in any way.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the xp77 platform — including but not limited to the xp77 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game assets, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xp77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the xp77 platform for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any xp77 content without express prior written consent from xp77.

Game content available on xp77 is provided under licence from third-party game studios and is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. xp77 is not responsible for any claims arising from misuse of third-party licensed game content by players.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

xp77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using xp77, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

xp77 collects personal data including your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties unrelated to the operation of the xp77 platform.

xp77 may share data with trusted third-party service providers including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers, strictly as necessary for platform operation. All data sharing is governed by appropriate data protection agreements.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, xp77 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the xp77 platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from betting or gaming activity on xp77.
• Platform unavailability due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or third-party service outages.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Loss of access to your account due to forgotten credentials, device failure, or network connectivity issues.
• Any decisions made by you based on information, odds, or data displayed on the xp77 platform.

xp77 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

xp77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• Confirmed underage gambling.

In the event of termination due to a breach of these terms, xp77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings, where such forfeiture is permitted under applicable law. Players who close their accounts voluntarily in good standing will have their verified balance returned to their registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

13 Amendments to These Terms

xp77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the xp77 platform at least seven days before the revised terms take effect, where operationally practical.

Your continued use of the xp77 platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The version of these Terms & Conditions most recently published on this page will at all times be the version that governs your use of the xp77 platform. Archived versions of previous terms are available on request.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to xp77's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising between you and xp77 in connection with these terms or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally through xp77's customer support team.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the dispute being raised, the matter may be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process. xp77's decisions on matters relating to game outcomes, settlement, and account management are final unless demonstrably affected by a technical error.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction whose consumer protection provisions apply to your use of xp77.
